It would be great to be able to create twitter communities by grouping users who are tweeting about a particular topic, and then be able to follow topic trends for that community.

I would like trensmap to allow me to see the trends in a specific moment in time, not just right now.

I would like to search trending topics on twitter for a specific time and geographical area. If an archive was created, a simple tool to filter topics would be excellent.

An (x) on the top right of each term (with "are you sure" box) to allow users to exclude terms that they're not interested in. Big, uninteresting, topics (such as xFactor) can take over the screen at times.
